


Gateway to Main Campus
The new Mitchell and Hilarie Morgan Hall is a gateway to the Main Campus of Temple University is a 703,000sf complex and will include the tallest buildings in North Philadelphia. The complex includes:
- residences for 1,250 students
- a raised terrace above parking and building support infrastructure
- dining facilities and retail space
- meeting and event space
Student Housing
Construction of the Morgan Hall student residences is currently underway. The team is utilizing 3D modeling and BIM to plan the construction of the 27-story and 10-story residence halls. The new facility will provide 1,250 additional beds to the University, and alleviate their housing needs as well as provide additional dining and retail space.
Each four-bed suite in the residence halls includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a small kitchenette and a common living area. Two-story glass enclosed student lounges are located on every other floor.
