Quality Construction Results

When Girl Scouts of the USA needed a service center that would adequately serve its members and affiliates on a local and national level, our firm was selected to manage the construction. The service center in Dallas provides a program and training space, a computer lab, a library, office and support space, a shop and a historical display. Our team worked closely with the design team and representatives from Girl Scouts and the result was a 10,000sf single-story tilt-wall and masonry structure that not only supports its member population, but also attracts others to join.

Unique Design

Curves and arcs that comprise the shell of the building required a great deal of craftsmanship from our project team. The entrance is faced in a 110° span of glass and the lobby ceiling is also an arc with a steel wagon wheel design that meets in a central point. The area is further distinguished by floating sheetrock clouds with painted exposed structural decking overhead. Downlights and suspended track lighting are utilized in the historical display area.
