Campus Safety

Managing the construction of new facilities on an active campus, presents logistic and safety challenges that our teams have successfully met. Our firm provided construction management services for the expansion to the Country Day School of the Sacred Heart. Work was segregated from the student areas and signage was posted, mitigating any construction related disturbances.

Phased Construction

Three projects were complete at the school:

• addition of a two-story, 8,500sf building, which is home to the dining hall and music suite
• addition of a 13,200sf, two-story library media center and nine classrooms with state-of-the-art technology
• renovation of the kitchen and life safety upgrades to a single story structure.
