Structure Tone was incorporated in the State of New York in 1971. Headquartered in New York City, we strategically expanded throughout the northeast, the UK and Ireland to meet the growing needs of our clients. Over the course of our first 42 years, Structure Tone has grown to achieve a reputation as one of the preeminent full-service construction management/general contracting firms in the world today. Founded with a unique focus on interior fit-out projects, the company honed it’s expertise and quickly expanded to provide a wide range of services from site selection and project development, new construction and major building infrastructure upgrades and modernization.
L.F. Driscoll Co.
L. F. Driscoll is the newest member of the Structure Tone organization, joining the Structure Tone organization in November 2009. L.F. Driscoll is headquartered in suburban Philadelphia and is one of the region's top builders, particularly for healthcare and life sciences research facilities. L.F. Driscoll was founded in 1929. Like Structure Tone, L.F. Driscoll’s growth has stemmed from its strong reputation for understanding and satisfying client needs with technical expertise and commitment to excellence. In addition to its healthcare resume, L.F. Driscoll has built a number of highly visible projects such as the Comcast Tower, Liberty One, The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, the Philadelphia Phillies’ Citizens Bank Park and the Wachovia Center (home to the Flyers and Sixers).
Pavarini Construction Co., Inc.
Pavarini is a 110-year-old construction services firm with offices in Stamford and Hartford, CT. Pavarini Construction Co. was founded in Washington DC in 1896. In 1945, the company relocated to New York City where it played a pivotal role in the construction of such notable structures as the Chrysler East, Seagram, Daily News and Metropolitan Life Buildings, as well as Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and B. Altman’s. Through S&techs/Structure Tone Asia, we are uniquely positioned to meet your construction needs throughout the Asia Pacific region. Headquartered in Hong Kong, our Asian operation includes offices in China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam and India. In both China and Japan, we are fully licensed foreign contractors enabling us to perform all construction services, with no project size restrictions, throughout both countries. This is a unique and rare qualification.
