Luke Thomas is a 12-year veteran of the Philadelphia construction market with expertise in interior build-out, multi-phase renovations and new construction. While his focus is now client development and operations oversight, Luke has a solid background in estimating and project management.

“Luke has a very strong background in our core and emerging markets,” said Dermid Kelly, vice president. “Luke’s strong background and focus on client development and operational excellence will be a tremendous asset to our growth. Luke will help us expand our core markets of commercial interiors and mission critical, while also strengthening our emergence in healthcare, higher education and hospitality.”

Prior to joining Structure Tone, Luke Thomas held positions of increasing responsibility, from assistant superintendent to project manager, for a construction management company. He also gained experience in estimating and business development.

Luke has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Villanova University. He is active in numerous local professional associations including CoreNet, IFMA, ASID, CREW, BOMA and DVGBC.
