Building Relationships and Planning Construction Activities
To prepare for the project, the team toured and researched the finest multipurpose arenas in North America. As a result, we were able to deliver the flattest ice floor in the NHL. The project is a testament to the benefits of foresight, planning and craftsmanship.
Our successful completion of the initial project has led to a long-standing relationship with the client. Over the past 15 years we have completed additional work including:
- 25,000sf addition including a 5,000sf, two-story broadcast studio
- 12,000sf of office space
- 6,000sf expansion of the Red Bell micro brewery
- Sixers Courtside Lounge
- five-story, 100,000sf addition and fit-out of a restaurant and office space
