The Structure Tone organization and all its affiliates strive to provide a work environment that is pleasant, professional, and free from intimidation, hostility or other offenses which might interfere with work performance. We have zero tolerance for work place sexual harassment or harassment of any sort - verbal, physical, visual.
It is also the policy of the Structure Tone organization to provide a work place free of alcohol and drugs. In support of this policy, Structure Tone performs pre-employment drug testing.
