Structure Tone has been operating in the Asia Pacific Region as S&techs (Hong Kong) Limited since 2000. We have established offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Souzhou, China as well as offices in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam and India. Our unique position as one of the few foreign construction companies to have obtained construction licenses in China and Japan enables us to offer full construction services to our international clients locally with no project size restrictions throughout both countries. This is a unique and rare qualification.Our Asia presence is particularly beneficial to US and UK organizations performing work abroad—providing our clients with a unique blend of local, in-country expertise augmented by almost 40 years of US and UK construction standards and practices. Our diverse experience enables us to literally bridge the gap between what is familiar and what is unfamiliar to our clients who are engaged in international construction.
Our portfolio of projects ranges from out-of-the-ground manufacturing/clean room facilities (in excess of 4,000,000sf completed to date) to multi-location office fit-outs. We have also completed high technology trading facilities international financial clients.
