Life Span Analysis
Structure Tone Mission Critical conducts comprehensive life span analyses of a data centers in months—not years. We work in tandem with your IT specialists, facility operators and end-users to weigh the mission critical-specific elements of a facility. Our analysis is a summary of existing conditions inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) that establishes the life expectancy of your asset and becomes the trigger for proactive planning.
Siting
Working with IT, real estate, facilities and finance staff of our clients, Structure Tone Mission Critical evaluates the size, resiliency and location needs for single and multiple data center topologies. We determine latency of applications and round trip latency, which often drives distance to primary data centers. We analyze the energy and cooling costs, Acts of God, associated taxes, telecom costs, etc. to determine the total cost of ownership (TCO).
CM/GC/PM
We do not approach mission critical construction from the perspective of a builder. We evaluate the complete operational and programmatic needs of our clients. Preconstruction and providing alternative solutions have become our trademark, helping our clients reduce budget, accelerate schedule and resolve field challenges. We utilize BIM to facilitate walk-thrus of equipment and to coordinate valve placement and work leave-outs to accommodate day-two needs. When it comes to construction, the most efficient ways to meet schedules are achieved through experience, strong vendor and subcontractor relationships.
Day-Two Services

We provide various levels of day-two services for data centers from MEPS and site management to low voltage (LV) construction and moves/adds/changes (MACs).
