Healthcare construction shouldn’t be a headache.

The key to successful healthcare construction is, first and foremost, an effectively planned and impeccably executed Infection Control and Risk Assessment (ICRA) plan. ICRA training is required for all Structure Tone healthcare construction project staff from project executive to estimator.
We also require all healthcare construction staff to complete Structure Tone’s proprietary Healthcare 101 training. Additional training that we provide our healthcare construction professionals includes ASHE healthcare certificate, ASHE healthcare project management and ASHE infection control.
Through both practical experience and training, we are keenly aware of unique project demands in addition to ICRA. We are extremely sensitive to the need to: maintain all critical systems, keep staff operations unimpeded, contain dust and noise, develop a site specific safety plan and maintain the comfort of patients, family and staff.
We are also ideally suited to support you in one of the newest trends in healthcare—electronic medical record and patient information technology. As one of the top mission critical/data center builders in the US and UK, Structure Tone has built data centers from 5,000 to 400,000sf and at all levels of redundancy (most Tier III or higher). We are particularly adept at upgrading or retrofitting exiting facilities to meet current needs while positioning for future scalability. With over 65 in-house technology and MEP systems specialists, we are able to help you plan, design, construct and commission the infrastructure required to meet this burgeoning healthcare trend.
With Structure Tone, your healthcare construction project is in the hands of expert critical construction care givers.

The project team was a pleasure to work with. While working through the myriad issues of a fast-track project, and dealing daily with site and logistics challenges, the whole team continuously strove to meet all of our needs and requirements. The organization was an integral part of a large and disparate team that completed the Smilow Center for Translational Research in a most successful fashion.
