Interconnecting Floors

Structure Tone was appointed as construction manager of a 75,000sf project, which was certified LEED Gold. The fit-out was for all of the fourth and fifth floors, with partial work being performed on the third floor.

The third floor, the focal point of the space and conference center, features the main reception area with a custom built in fish tank. Beside the fish tank is a carpeted waiting area consisting of chairs and a table for visitors to utilize. Break out rooms were designed for meeting and greeting guests and for social interaction. Employee training facilities were built into the existing space along with media walls. State-of-the-art technology systems were also installed in the training rooms. The environment has an “open” plan and boasts an aesthetic feel to the office.

All three floors were interconnected with a feature staircase. The new staircase provides easy flow between employees and clients in the working environment.
