Repeat Client
Structure Tone provided construction services to Thomas Jefferson University for its 5,000sf heart failure offices. Construction on this project involved the fit-out of offices, meeting and appointment rooms, a conference room, file storage room and kitchenette. After this successful project, Structure Tone was awarded approximately 17,000sf of additional work including:
- surgical room and waiting area, general offices and doctor sleep room renovations
- neurosciences lab and offices, HVAC and plumbing systems upgrades
- Alum Hall laboratory gut rehabilitation including replacement of existing finishes and mechanical and fire suppression systems
- neuroscience JHN radiology UPS upgrades
A majority of these projects were completed on a fast-track schedule, so pre-purchasing and planning were of paramount importance.
Construction Protection
Most of the projects completed for the University were in occupied, functional space. To protect the public, we maintained infection control risk assessment (ICRA) protection throughout the duration of the projects and carefully scheduled construction activities to minimize impact. Structure Tone is not a stranger to working in occupied spaces and we worked with Thomas Jefferson University and the team to devise the safest and efficient methods.
