Shell Oil Company, who has been active in Hong Kong since 1891, plays a major part in meeting Hong Kong’s needs for petroleum and chemical products. Knowing that Structure Tone shares the same core values of honesty, integrity and respect for people as Shell does made Structure Tone the perfect construction manager for this project. Our firm provided the interior fit-out and renovation for 20,000sf on one and a half floors for Shell. Landmark East is a Grade-A twin tower complex located in the heart of Kowloon eastern district.
Construction was done on the following areas:
- main entrance lobby and reception area
- private offices around the perimeter
- file/storage room with roller storage system and associated floor strengthening
- coffee and pantry area
- open plan office and work areas
- copy/fax areas and storage
- coat closets
- server room
Movable Wall Systems
The meeting and conference rooms feature state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities and movable wall systems which allow for flexibility in the rooms. The main lobby and reception area features a back splash wall of red with the Shell logo in the middle, hard wood floors and a seating area for visitors and guests. Shell and Structure Tone both share the same values of teamwork and professionalism, which is evident in our work.
