Meeting Deadlines
General contracting services were provided for the fit-out of a 3,800sf luxury retail store located in NorthPark Center for Salvatore Ferragamo. The scope-of-work included demolition of the previous tenant’s configuration and the build back of retail floor space, stock room, shipping and receiving area, restrooms, dressing rooms and office.
High-end finishes were used throughout the space to complement the brand image of Salvatore Ferragamo. Known for its handcrafted shoes and leather goods, the millwork in Ferragamo stores also must live up to the brand standards. Our staff was on site at all times and worked one-on-one with Italian subcontractors to get the project completed on time for holiday shopping. The pre-purchase of materials, including hard-to-find Starfire glass, facilitated the on-time schedule delivery.
In Case of an Emergency Call…
Less than a year after the store opened, work being done in the tenant space above the store severed pipes releasing water used to pressurize the fire sprinkler. Ferragamo immediately called our project team to repair major damage to the ceilings and walls. We conducted extensive moisture testing and completely restored the damaged interior minimizing the loss of sales revenue for the client in less than three weeks.
