Office Fit-out
Located in Dublin city center, this project was a 16,000sf fit-out of office space over two floors in the Blood Stone Building. The fit-out included raised floor access, carpet installation and installing suspended ceilings. Additional services provided by Structure Tone included alterations to the landlord mechanical and electrical services and introducing cellular offices and meeting rooms to the space. Features focused on employees, included storage rooms, installation of shower facilities and bicycle parking on the basement level.
Quality Finishes and Installations
Interactive meeting rooms and boardrooms were carved out and are surrounded by glass walls. Also, high specification joinery packages are present on the two floors. The project was completed to the developer’s standards.
