Ground Floor Fit-Out
Having completed almost 10,000,000sf of global fit-out projects for MetLife, Structure Tone was appointed construction manager for MetLife’s Dublin office. MetLife, Inc., a leading global provider of insurance, annuities and employee benefit programs, looked to us for the 6,000sf ground floor fit-out and upgrade of common areas to the office located in 20 on Hatch. Twenty on Hatch has evolved into one of Dublin’s most innovative and prestigious commercial properties. The project required remedial works to the base building, to ensure that the floor passed pressurization tests and also enabling works for the air conditioning system.
Scopes of work for the project were:
- new power and data services
- new VRVs to offices and meeting rooms
- joinery works to copy and print areas
- feature audio/visual wall
- EDPAC down flow units
Leak detection and fire suppression to the common rooms were also installed. New carpets were put down throughout the office and custom made joineries were placed in the break room area.
