Renewal and Renovation

When Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (GDC) renewed its lease at the iconic 200 Park Avenue and decided to completely renovate six of its existing floors, Structure Tone’s expertise with constructing in operational environments put GDC at ease. This multi-phase, 270,000sf gut renovation and restack included:

• practice floors with private attorney offices, secretarial station and paralegal work areas
• main reception with double height ceiling
• conference center facility with catering pantry and servery
• data center
• break out areas
• monumental interconnecting stair with new millwork, stone and glass

Swinging Phases

This project was complex due to the multiple floors that needed renovations and the number of moves and swing spaces required to accomplish it all. The Structure Tone team moved adeptly from phase to phase, making sure that the construction did not disturb the attorneys.
