Better Than The Average

The Statistics Speak for Themselves

Structure Tone makes safety an essential part of the way we do business. Our efforts to produce a safe working environment have succeeded through responsive attitudes, unity of purpose and pro-action for effective accident and incident loss control.

Structure Tone has long realized that only through understanding and cooperation is it possible to establish a hazard free working environment. Thus, it is the mandate of our safety program to provide the tools for employees and subcontractors to further the spirit of cooperation and ensure that this objective is achieved.

Experience Modification Rate (EMR)

As a result of our firm’s commitment to safety, the organization’s final 2010 interstate experience modifier was 0.78 versus the industry benchmark of 1.00. As can be noted in the graphs below, this incident rate is substantially less than the national average. When it comes to safety statistics less is more!

Total Recordable Cases (TRC)

Further, the Structure Tone organization’s average total recordable cases (TRC) for 2010 were 1.87 versus the Bureau of Labor Statistics average of 4.2, roughly 80% better than the national average.

Our excellent record is testament to our total commitment to safety and our active owner/construction manager relationship.
