Pavarini Construction and all its affiliates strive to provide a work environment that is pleasant, professional, and free from intimidation, hostility or other offenses which might interfere with work performance. We have zero tolerance for work place sexual harassment or harassment of any sort - verbal, physical, visual.
It is also the policy of Pavarini to provide a work place free of alcohol and drugs. In support of this policy, Pavarini performs pre-employment drug testing. Employment of all new hires–non-union professionals, salaried union personnel and support staff–is contingent upon full compliance of this policy and negative results of any/all illegal substances.
