When it comes to building green, it’s not always black and white.

Green products have evolved so that their aesthetics fit well in any space, allowing you to pursue environmentally sensitive alternatives even if LEED certification is not the ultimate objective. Sustainable facilities can be achieved with both premier and economical work space solutions allowing you to pursue your goals—whether simply as good practice as a steward of the environment or as part of a LEED objective.
As corporate advocates for social responsibility, Structure Tone has been a leader in the field of sustainable construction. We are members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), have over 160 LEED APs on staff and have built over $1B of LEED Certified to Platinum level projects.
For all Structure Tone projects we are conscientious of the impact that construction has on the environment. We document all debris: what can or will be recycled, what can be reused, and what needs to be taken to a landfill. Also, we are mindful about the materials used—selecting durable, rapidly-renewable or recycled products.
In our own organization, our London office is carbon neutral, our Princeton office was certified LEED Silver, and all of our other offices have implemented eco-friendly practices ranging from composting to carpooling, and from daylight harvesting to low flow fixtures. We also sponsor an annual corporate-wide event, STO Green Day, in conjunction with Earth Day that promotes environmental awareness among our employees and their families.
Like you, Structure Tone recognizes that in both our construction and internal practices, sustainability is not merely good policy it is must policy. As a corporate citizen, and as individuals, we are committed to bettering the environment.

We would like to thank Pavarini, the Structure Tone organization and the entire project team for their commitment to achieving our sustainability goals and for delivering a state-of-the-art facility. We are very excited to now offer the Green Tour of our new facility. Our staff is proud to explain and discuss the sustainable aspects of our building to school students, community organizations and visitors who come to visit.
