Daily Tasks
Structure Tone worked with Cole Haan to roll-out their latest venture, high-end retail stores, throughout Boston, New York and the District of Columbia. These retail spaces are approximately 3,000sf and include wood floors, wall coverings, glass store fronts and accents throughout the store including millwork display platforms, fixtures and cash wrap area. Two important tasks that Structure Tone had to ensure were completed successfully on a daily basis: were quality control, protecting the high-end finishes and wood floors throughout construction, and direct coordination of all Cole Haan vendors for the merchandising process.

Attention to detail is a requirement of each of the team members. Each space is unique in its layout and existing conditions, so it is imperative that the team execute and achieve the desired brand image and consistency.
A trademark of Cole Haan stores, a stone hearth bench, was installed by Structure Tone. Critical to the look and feel of the store, the bench had to be measured exactly to ensure the fit. Upon its arrival from Italy, it was installed and is now enjoyed by each shopper.
In order for the display cases to be placed in the storefront window, Structure Tone had to cut the glass precisely. The wooden display case was then placed inside the glass, and then re-fit with an additional piece of glass. Coordination between the vendors for these trades was very important to guarantee that the image of Cole Haan was achieved.
