We possess a significant portfolio of parking facility construction experience. This includes both above and below ground structures comprised of concrete and/or steel. We have constructed over 1 million sf of parking facilities totaling more than 25,000 spaces. Often, these complexes are constructed in conjunction with other facilities, such as a new office building or a campus expansion requiring us to address aesthetic as well as construction issues. A primary example is two new cast-in-place decks we built for Florida International University for which we tinted the concrete and installed ornamental railings so that the decks blend pleasingly with the existing campus environment.
