CMAA Selects NY Project of the Year
|(May 10, 2009) - The New York Metro CMAA Chapter (Construction Management Association of America) selected Bank of America One Bryant Park for top honors in the 2009 local chapter construction excellence awards programs. The Bank of America at One Bryant Park is the Bank’s headquarters facility for its NY-based operations. The project encompassed over 1,500,000sf and is seeking LEED Gold certification. The project was selected by the NY Metro chapter as the Construction Excellence Project of the Year for private projects over $150M. |
The Awards Committee was composed of owners and professional construction managers. The Committee considered project outcomes, overall management, safety, quality management, cost management, schedule management, complexity, innovation and creativity, and customer satisfaction as the basis for the awards.
