Constructors & Associates to Operate as Structure Tone Southwest
DALLAS, TX.. (March, 23 2010) – Effective Monday, March 29, 2010, Constructors & Associates (Constructors) will begin operating as Structure Tone Southwest. The current rebranding is an evolution that began in 1987 when Constructors became a member of the Structure Tone organization.
Constructors was founded in Dallas in 1977, later opening offices in Austin (1984), Houston (1989) and San Antonio (2001). In the past several years, local operations have expanded in the southwest, encompassing work in Oklahoma, Kansas and points farther west. In over three decades of service to Texas, Constructors has completed hundreds of millions of square feet of new and interior construction of commercial office, mission critical, higher education, healthcare, retail and cultural facilities.
“Our tradition as a home grown Texas company is very strong,” comments Dan Busch, president. “We’ve experienced tremendous growth – in part due to our long affiliation with Structure Tone – and our customer profile has changed to include many national, indeed international, organizations. Consolidating our name and brand is the final step in streamlining our client service. Through our barrier-free service approach, we are able to offer both local and global clients in-depth knowledge of local market conditions, subcontractors and practices combined with the stability, transparency, extensive resources and expertise of a worldwide construction services leader.”
The name change will affect letterhead and signs but from a customer service perspective absolutely nothing will change. “Our clients are, and always have been, our number one focus. The executive management, project managers, superintendents, estimators, project accountants – each and every person that our clients now work with at Constructors – will all be in the same roles providing the same service the day after our name change as they were the day prior,” notes Joseph Cribbin, senior vice president in charge of Dallas operations.
Craig Hudeck and Mark Jones, regional vice presidents in charge of Houston and San Antonio respectively, echo that sentiment. “We’ve been a part of the Structure Tone organization for over two-thirds of our history,“ says Hudeck. “Yet, we’ve always been a Texas-based firm with local leadership.”
Notes Mark Jones, “People drive our culture and our service and that does not change with the name. It is exciting to consolidate our corporate brand and maximize the unique value-added service that Structure Tone Southwest provides, combining in-depth local knowledge and expertise with the extensive resources and capabilities of a worldwide construction services leader for both our local and global clients.”
Structure Tone Southwest is a member of the Structure Tone organization, a worldwide leader in construction services that also includes Structure Tone Inc., Structure Tone International, L.F. Driscoll Co., Pavarini Construction Co., and Pavarini McGovern. Each member company is an independent entity operating and providing services solely under its own name. These companies collectively employ over 1,400 professionals, have 21 offices in the US, UK, Ireland and Asia, and put in place over $2.8B in annual construction volume.
