The initial box-in-box data center build-out was 8,000sf. The fit-out included the associated plant rooms and integration of new mechanical and electrical services into an existing Tier III+ live data center. The fit-out was for all of the fourth and fifth floors, with partial work being performed on the third floor. The third floor, the focal point of the space and conference center, features the main reception area with a custom built in fish tank.
