CAT A Fit-Out
The high-end fit-out to a CAT A developers finished space, was completed by Structure Tone in a mere nine-weeks. Though late in starting onsite due to delays in lease negotiations, our team completed the space one week faster than originally tendered. A guaranteed maximum price was agreed for the contract work. Throughout the project Structure Tone worked in tandem with the design team to accommodate any changes and value engineer sections of the project to avoid alteration of the budget figure where possible, whilst also maintaining the high quality expected by both the client and architect.
Office Features
The build-out included:
- installation of glazed I-wall partitions with integrated timber and glazed doors
- specialist joinery package to canteen and production room facilities
- complete installation of raised access floor and of underfloor structured cabling system with comms room handover to client three weeks before PC
- installation of specialist wall finishes including ‘writable walls’ in meeting rooms and detailed graphics to office area
- fully integrated audio/visual systems to conference suites, with dimmable lighting
- fully controllable fan coil air-conditioning system
