Seton Healthcare selected us to provide professional construction management services for projects at various facilities. Our experience with Seton Healthcare includes:
- demolition and construction of a "hospital within a hospital" for the Brackenridge Children’s Hospital
- exterior upgrades and construction of a new entry way canopy, new 6,300sf emergency room building and new 5,000sf endoscopy surgery suite at Highland Lakes Medical Branch
- excavation and soil retention of 100,000sf for a new Seton Medical Center hospital wing in downtown Austin
- interior renovation of 4,000sf of pediatric emergency room space, CT scanner/nuclear medicine room, special procedures lab, two operating rooms and floor remodeling at the Children’s Hospital of Austin
- renovation of 4,000sf for CT scanners including installation of a new medical gas system, new electrical service, sheet vinyl flooring, lead-lined glass and sheetrock, and a special exhaust system at Brackenridge
- construction of the Brackenridge ambulance garage and Wabash parking structures, new 1,000sf pharmacy and office space including ADA upgrades, new security system and workstations at Brackenridge
High Quality Medical Facility Construction
Our firm possesses a keen understanding of:

- hookups for items such as medical gas drops
- surgery lighting
- special air circulation and exhaust systems
We constructed these highly technical systems and coordinated closely with medical equipment vendors so that the connection of these systems and equipment was completed seamlessly.
