Technology Management
Our staff also served as technology adviser to the owners, program manager for the technology and facilities project teams and liaison to the contractors and vendors. Our staff’s broad based knowledge of the technology and facilities industries enabled a project structure that properly framed the decision-making hierarchy and projected the costs of major initiatives. Efficient change management procedures enabled staff to provide rapid responses to the client’s changing needs throughout the project with minimal impact to the schedule and budget. We identified and realized $28-30 million in value engineering for this project working closely with the design and development team.
