Honeywell is a diversified technology and manufacturing leader serving customers worldwide selected our firm when they needed a construction manager for a new 9,441 sq m research & development centre building in Shanghai. Schedule and budget were key project concerns for this fast–track project.
We supervised and coordinated the construction including controlling the rate of progress, budget, quality and safety during the entire 15-month construction duration. The building, comprised of four floors with a glazed curtainwall system, was completed on schedule, and to quality and budgetary goals.
