Office Fit-out
When the law firm Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody was looking for a new headquarters space in Austin, they selected our firm to provide construction services for the office build-out. This 65,000sf law firm fit-out is on three floors of the Frost Bank Tower. Highlights of this high-end construction project included custom art glass window walls, a monumental interior stair, architectural grade casework and polished plaster walls. In order to keep the project on a fast-track schedule and incorporate all of the high-end finishes, our staff worked closely with the design team during preconstruction to pre-purchase the long lead items including the custom art glass for the window walls and the monumental interior stair.
In the Middle of it All
This prestigious law firm is now located in a building that has been designated a historic landmark in the southwestern United States. The Frost Bank Tower, also built by us, is a striking 33-story, 506ft tall structure that begins as a rectangular base and steps into a square point tower at its crown. The office tower is clad in a glass skin and culminates in a translucent glass crown.
