Structure Tone completed a 38,000sf interior office construction project for Coyle Hamilton Willis in Ireland. During an intense preconstruction period, Structure Tone interfaced with the entire project team to establish a cost and procurement plan for subcontractor packages. The 38,000sf high-end interior fit-out from core and shell was completed on a fast-track schedule.
In addition to three floors of fit-out, including plant and equipment additions on the roof, work included:
- boardroom, training and meeting rooms with sophisticated audio/visual installations
- cafeteria, servery and seating that can be converted to training and conference rooms
- separate kitchen for private dining
- large comms room and IDF rooms on each floor
- compactus filing system on each floor including structural strengthening of floors
- private offices at core including structural strengthening of floors
- open plan office area
