Our first projects in the City of Brotherly Love began over a decade ago. In 2006 we ‘broke ground’ and are now firmly ensconced in our Walnut Street office. To best meet the demands of our Philadelphia clients, we combined deep local relationships with the global strength of the Structure Tone organization.The Philadelphia office performs as a GC or CM and specializes in interiors construction. We have extensive experience in the corporate commercial, law, and financial sectors, as well as a growing resume in higher education, hospitality, healthcare and pharma/biotech and life sciences. Every effort, regardless of size or schedule is performed to the highest levels of safety and quality.
Our Philadelphia team has successfully performed numerous building renovations and expansions, and out-of-the-ground construction, in downtown and the surrounding regions from Allentown to Delaware.
