With focused research York Capital Management pursues their goals. This same focus was used in selecting Structure Tone as their construction manager of choice. Having built-out 20,000sf in their New York location, York turned to our firm to build their 5,700sf office and trading facility in Hong Kong.
The project included construction of trading areas, open plan office space, conference and meeting rooms with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities, reception area, and kitchen and pantry spaces. Work also included extensive MEP work to support the trading area. Always with a focus on quality, our staff delivered this high-end space on time and on budget.
