Largest Office Relocation in Midtown
Proskauer, an internationally renowned law firm, made the biggest move in midtown in the last two years, and Structure Tone continued our 15-year relationship with the firm to construct their new space. Proskauer is the anchor tenant at the environmentally responsible office tower with the 400,000sf, LEED Gold office relocation from 1585 Broadway to 11 Times Square. On average 300 to 400 tradesmen were on site daily with a peak of over 600 people on site at one time.
Fast-Track 400K
Construction was performed in 20-weeks on floors 17 through 30 and required high-quality construction with private offices, high-end millwork, lighting and high-density filing systems. Twelve of the floors are designated as practice law floors with general support areas, including conference rooms and pantries. LED lighting with motion sensors and wireless access points were installed throughout the new office. The conference center is on two floors and also includes a kitchen, servery, wine and coffee bar and dining area. The office also includes:

- tele-presence conference room
- video conferencing in virtually every conference room
- state-of-the-art A/V and teleconferencing capabilities in every conference room
