As a leader in the investment community, naturally our client selected a leader in the construction industry to build their office space in Washington, DC. As construction manager, Structure Tone catered to their every need and ensured that the 5,000sf space was built to exceed their expectations.
The fit-out of the offices featuring custom millwork and glass office fronts was completed within a fast-track, aggressive schedule. Included in the scope of work was:
- closed offices and open workstations
- a kitchen and cafe area
- print and copy room
- filing systems
- secretarial stations
- a large conference room
Meeting Technology
The conference room was practically a project unto itself. It featured one wall constructed solely from five panels of frosted glass. A flat screen TV was mounted on one wall to accommodate video-conferencing capabilities and new tel/data ports were installed within the conference room table.
This project required close coordination with the architect and client. We worked hand-in-hand with the New York based architect. Structure Tone has previous successful experience working with out-of-town partners and it did not slow us down. Through our team’s diligence and experience we ensured the project was completed on schedule and with the client’s complete satisfaction.
