Managing the Client Relationship

Structure Tone is a company that prides itself on the relationship it builds with clients. As a result of this fellowship, we have continued to work with the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston for the past 10 years and have successfully completed the construction management of over 230,000sf of renovations for the Bank. Structure Tone, as an organization, holds many enduring relationships with the Federal Reserve Bank throughout the United States. The projects for the Federal Reserve have ranged in size from small renovations of no more than 500sf to multi-floor build-outs consisting of 140,000sf. Structure Tone always reviews the plans and suggests value engineering alternatives to favor the client when cost becomes an issue.

Safety Measures

Our staff understands that security is a top priority for any project associated with the Federal Reserve building. Communication between Structure Tone and the Bank are of high importance, with project meetings happening as much as twice a day. These meetings verify and coordinate security and delivery of materials, and ensure access to the necessary areas of the building. Prior to entering the building, individuals and materials have to be preapproved, reviewed and verified by security. Once approved to enter the building, materials are escorted to the designated area by the Bank’s security personnel.
